Inspection
We check tyres, steering and suspension components for wear or damage that would affect the result before we touch a setting.

Measurement
Toe, camber and caster are measured against the manufacturer’s specification using calibrated heavy-vehicle equipment.

Adjustment
Each axle is brought back into spec and cross-checked so the vehicle tracks true and the tyres wear evenly.

Report & road test
You receive a clear before-and-after report, and we confirm the result so you drive away certain it is right.

Frequently Asked Questions
How often should a truck be aligned?
For most operators we recommend an alignment check at every major service or set of new tyres, and any time you notice uneven wear, pulling, or a crooked steering wheel. High-kilometre fleets often benefit from scheduled checks.
Can you align a fully loaded trailer?
We assess each unit on arrival and align trailers and multi-axle units on the right equipment for the configuration. Get in touch with your trailer type and axle layout and we will advise the best approach.
Will alignment really save me money on tyres?
Yes. Heavy-vehicle tyres are a major running cost, and even a small toe or axle error scrubs rubber off far faster than normal. Correct alignment is one of the cheapest ways to protect that investment.
